Level – 1

For any queries including business queries, feedback, abuse, or concerns regarding content, comments, or breaches of terms, please promptly inform our designated Grievance Officer/Support Team via the Contact Us form below:

Timeframe: Upon receipt of your email/query, you can expect a response within 24 to 72 working hours or within your specified timeframe.

Level – 2

Complaints regarding Premium membership, purchases, refunds, withdrawal requests, or any serious matters or disputes related to Koko Gamers may be specifically addressed through our Online Complaint Management System.

To raise a complaint or dispute, please write an email ( signed with an electronic signature) or send a letter to our registered office:

Upon successful registration of a complaint, a unique complaint number will be sent to you.

Time limit: 5 to 7 working days.

Level – 3

This channel serves as the “Higher Level Appellate Authority” for Koko Gamers. However, it is no longer functional for registering complaints directly.

If you have not received a satisfactory response even after one month, you may forward your complaint to CEPD, mentioning your valid Ticket/Complaint ID obtained through our portal.

Please ensure that the office of the CEPD can process the appeal/redress the grievance only if the following conditions are met:

(A). You had made a valid representation to Koko Gamers, and it was rejected or unanswered within one month.

(B). Full information on the disputed transaction/grievance against Koko Gamers, along with relevant details, is provided in your communication to CEPD.
